Strategy & Transformation
Defining strategic priorities, assessing growth options, shaping transformation agendas and translating strategy into measurable execution.
Transformation • Operations • Strategy • Execution
I transform complex businesses into scalable operating systems.
Connecting strategy, people, process, data, technology and execution — especially when growth, change or new technology has outpaced the way the organisation currently works.
Strategy ↔ Execution
Turning ambition into operating reality.
Technology ↔ Business
Translating capability into value.
Growth ↔ Control
Scaling without losing performance.
Vision ↔ Operational Reality
Designing the organisation that can deliver it.

The integration advantage
For more than two decades, my work has crossed technology and business, strategy and execution, growth and control, people and systems.
I tend to be most useful when a business has outgrown the way it operates — when growth, technology, acquisitions or new markets have moved faster than the organisation around them. My role is to understand the system, find the real problem behind the symptoms, design what needs to change, align people around it, and help make it work.
That pattern has followed me from engineering and industrial operations to post-IPO scale leadership, deep-tech venture building, technology commercialisation, acquisitions and enterprise transformation.
Core capabilities
The work is rarely about one isolated function. It is about making the parts of the business work as one system.
01
Defining strategic priorities, assessing growth options, shaping transformation agendas and translating strategy into measurable execution.
02
Designing accountability, decision-making, processes, governance, KPIs and management rhythms that allow organisations to scale with less friction.
03
Connecting technology to market opportunities, business cases, partnerships, acquisitions and integration — with a focus on practical value creation.
Selected experience
How do you turn ambition into an organisation capable of delivering it?
Ocean Infinity · 2021–2026
Worked across new markets, strategic investments, acquisitions and enterprise transformation — including strategic planning, governance, operating-model design and the transition toward advanced robotic and remote operations.
Abyssal · 2011–2021
Co-founded and helped build a deep-tech business from early-stage technology through commercialisation, institutional investment, strategic partnerships and eventual acquisition by Ocean Infinity.
Groupon Brazil · 2012–2014
Progressed from regional sales leadership to MD/COO during the post-IPO period, leading national commercial teams and later enterprise operations through restructuring, operational excellence and stronger performance discipline.
Qimonda · 2006–2009
Worked across memory-module test, production and Burn-In operations; improved test capacity, managed production ramp-down and inventory clean-up, developed advanced KPI systems and helped implement self-managed teams.
Thinking
Practical thinking on strategy, operating models, technology and what happens when organisational complexity outruns execution.
Revisited · 2014 → 2026
Good ideas rarely die because the technology is impossible. More often, the organisation cannot translate possibility into repeatable execution.

Entrepreneurial energy is not preserved by slogans. It survives when autonomy, accountability and leadership behaviour stay coherent as the company grows.

Automation amplifies the system it enters. If the operating model is incoherent, AI can make the noise travel faster.

I work with CEOs, founders and leadership teams on selected transformation, operating and advisory mandates. I am also open to the right full-time C-level or Managing Director role where the mandate is to build, transform or scale something ambitious.
